Resell Policy

The short version

  • The Lifetime plan is a license to use and resell the clips, not ownership of the content.
  • You may sell the clips as part of your own paid product and keep 100% of those sales.
  • You may not claim copyright, give the bundle away for free, or say you created VideoAi.

This document sets out the terms under which you (“Reseller,” “You”) may resell the Faceless Clips Bundle video clips as part of your own digital product or offer. By buying, using, or reselling the bundle, you agree to these terms.

1. License grant

When you buy the VideoAi Lifetime plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

  • Resell the video clips as part of your own product, at any price you choose.
  • Market, promote, and sell those clips under your own brand name.
  • Use the clips on your own social media pages, advertisements, and content.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Claim copyright ownership of the video clips.
  • Distribute, share, or give away the bundle for free in any form.
  • Sell or distribute the clips in a way that breaks applicable laws or a platform’s policies.
  • Mislead customers by implying you are VideoAi or the original producer of the clip library.
  • Put the clips on a platform or subscription service that does not use a paid access model.

3. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property in the clips stay with the original rights holders. You are buying resell rights, not ownership of the content.

4. Pricing and payment

  • You are free to set your own selling price.
  • You keep 100% of the profits from your sales.
  • You are solely responsible for taking payment from your own customers.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds on your purchase from VideoAi follow our Refund Policy.
  • Refund requests from your customers are yours to handle.

6. Liability

VideoAi is not responsible for your sales, earnings, or disputes between you and your customers. You are responsible for making sure your marketing and sales methods follow applicable law.

7. End of license

We may revoke your resell rights if you:

  • Break any clause of this agreement.
  • Use the bundle in a fraudulent, misleading, or illegal way.

If the license ends, you must stop selling, distributing, or marketing the clips from this bundle.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

9. Contact

By buying and reselling the Faceless Clips Bundle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
