You have 14 days from purchase to ask for a refund.
Payment errors and double charges are always refunded.
Digital access is removed if a refund is issued.

1. How refunds work

The Faceless Clips Bundle is a digital product sold by VideoAi. If you want a refund, email bizgrowth7@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your name, the email you used at checkout, and your payment date or payment ID.

2. Payment errors

Charged twice, or money taken with no access: we refund the extra payment or restore access. No extra steps needed.

3. When a refund is not possible

The request is made after 14 days from the purchase date.
The bundle was given away for free or access was shared with people who did not buy.
You have already received a refund for this product.

4. What happens next

We review requests and reply by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop. After a refund, access to the bundle is removed.
